Jim brings more than 40 years of expertise in U.S. Government contracting, proposal management, and cost accounting compliance to Satelles. Jim served 22 years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, holding positions as an Acquisition Professional, Aviation Logistician, and Contracting Officer. Following his military career, Jim held senior-level roles as a Contracts Professional in the Aerospace and Defense industry in both small and large businesses, managing everything from small acquisition contracts to complex multi-billion-dollar Government contract portfolios. Jim holds a BA in Economics from Providence College, an MA in Computer and Information Resources Management from Webster University, and a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting from The George Washington University.
